The college was cleaned and colorful with pots and banners .Chairs were arranged for the visitors . Prizes were arranged neatly on a separate table. The prize winners sat near the stage.

The function began to SaraswatiVandana .The Principal Dr. Y.S Kadam read the annual report about the extra curriculum activities of the College. Maximum number of the students were also presented. The function ended with National Anthem.
