Everyone felt elated that day because it was a matter of pride for all of us as on 26 th January 1950, the constitution of India came into force and our country became a Republic.

The program started with National Anthem at 10:30 am. The principal of our college gave a motivational speech on the importance of Republic day and about the tricolor. This was followed by some speeches on Patriotism. Many students expressed their views wherein most of the students dressed in traditional costumes representing different parts of India. In the end, CEO and Advocate Dr. C.J Abhyankar delivered speech and also highlighted the importance of the Constitution and its unique features

such as Sovereignty, Socialist, Secular, Democratic and Republic enshrined in the preamble of the constitution. One should feel pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
